Play Date!

I had the most wonderful day with Noah Shane:) I can't believe how quickly he is growing up, and that he can speak full sentences??? WHAAA? he's too big. I almost cried today when I looked down and saw him wrap his sweet little hand around my pinkie and pull me up and down the slide 20 times. Have you ever had a feeling where you look at something so perfect and just are in amazement, because that only happened all day to me. This little boy has the most darling, funny, happy, strong personality I have ever seen, I love him. Thought I would share these pictures from today with you (please notice the one shoe missing... he liked it off haha) Noah Bug's kisses are the sweetest little things, i made him give me kisses before I went down the slide.. bribery at its best! To say the least I had a great day, and I adore my nephew more than anything!

CHASING MAVERICKS

I spent my night watching this movie, and it was AMAZING! This shot to my top 5 favorite movies for sure. The lessons taught throughout the movie are so important and life changing. This is based on a true story of a man named Jay and oh how I envy him and his example. 

I find myself defending myself in so many situations and trying to prove to everyone that I am going to go somewhere or be something great.. I know that sounds so cliche.. but seriously I do it almost everyday as Im sure you do the same or at least feel that way sometimes. This was the perfect movie for me to watch right now, and I am so happy I did. Find importance and trust in yourself, be proud of the person you are choosing to be and if you don't like the way you are being now than CHANGE IT! Stick up for yourself. Don't live in fear. Work hard to get what YOU want. Be who YOU want to be. Find peace and strength in yourself. 

I know these are not east tasks.. because I have been working hard to accomplish these things as of late and it has been a hard road to follow! I feel so much happier with the person I am becoming through doing the things in life that I want, and you should do the same.

My Sweet Natty

This is my beautiful best friend Natalie, I adore her! 

I do not know what I would do without this girl... She honestly keeps me sane.

These past few weeks have been so hard for me but with this girl by my side.. ALL is well. I love the adventures I have with this lady...We have been on a million drives to nowhere, singing as loud as we can and thrown out dance moves that should never be seen.. been on midnight wendy's runs over and over again, but most importantly we have the greatest talks. 

Nat has the sweetest heart. She always knows what to say, and how to make you smile. Not a day goes by that I am not grateful for her in my life. Thank you Natty for all you do for me! Love You Darling!

Provo Canyon.

I spent the day with my cute sister Nicole! We decided to just get out and take some fun pictures, get some fresh air, and enjoy each others company. I just adore my baby sis, what a blessing to have such a smart, talented,  sweetheart in my life. For those of you who have not been up there recently IT IS A MUST! Service Learning.

I am currently studying Social work at UVU. For my Intro to SW class I am required to complete 20 service learning hours. I chose to volunteer at Cirque Lodge Rehabilitation. My First day of volunteering was today... I LOVED IT! I sat in on The disease of addiction presentation by Dr. Kevin McCaully today, he is brilliant. The neurological parts of the brain that control addiction and how it works is so intersting. I love the people at the lodge, they are so kind. I am so grateful for the opportunity to attend theses meetings and be around people who are in the process of healing and finding themselves. I will keep you filled on the amazing experiences I am having through this adventure! I have learned so much about the people around me just from the 4 hours I was there today. I understand people with addiction better and hope to continue step by step to understand further, because it is amazing.

ROCK CANYON HIKE

Today I went hiking with this guy^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^We had so much fun! I did get white washed a couple times.. not only by Tyler but also by Kailani the dog! It was so beautiful up there, I could have stayed all day... I probably would have been an ice cube but probably worth it.

Sicky+School....

You know that moment when you start coughing... and coughing...and coughing....and you can NOT stop? You try literally everything you can to hold it back.. swallowing dozens of times,deep breathes.. but either way your just done for..yeah.. I HATE IT! That only happened to me in all three of my classes today. First day of class and Im the sick girl who wont shut up. Awesome. So, that was my sucky part of classes. On the bright side.. I LOVE MY CLASSES! My professors are awesome, I got really lucky this semester. Hopefully I get feeling better pretty quickly so I can feel like a normal human.. instead of a zombie.

This is a wonderful show.. put hot vampire men in a series.. COUNT ME IN! I love the LOVE in this show, I'm only on season two and I cant stop! The music is great.. and the drama rocks my socks.. pretty much I have found a new weakness.. I need a hot vampire boyfriend. LOVESSSSSS. xoxo
